There are a lot of simple and cheap ways to prevent dental problems at home that may mean the difference between healthy glowing teeth and costly treatment at the dentist’s office.
1. Brush your teeth at least 3 times a day with fluoride toothpaste and used floss regularly.
2. Use a soft bristled toothbrush so that your gum tissues will not be injured.
3. Use a mouthwash that contains fluoride to maintain fresh breath.
4. Eat plenty of calcium-rich foods to strengthen your teeth.
5. As much as possible, avoid sticky foods.
6. Avoid smoking.
7. Don’t chew hard foods because it can damage your teeth.
8. See your dentist for regular check up.
