Everybody loves music. Even dentists love music. We only vary on the genre we listen to. Have you ever entertained the thought of turning up the radio while a dentist is working on your tooth?

Believe it or not, the American Dental Association suggests that patients must listen to music while sitting in the dentist chair as one form of distraction. It is said that if you combine anesthetic and music during a dental procedure can lessen the blood pressure of the patients. It was also observed that the patients who gladly listen to the music at the dental office are more relaxed. Some dentists actually do provide some headphones to their patients as anxiety relievers.
