Choosing the food we eat affects our teeth and gums. Based on the research, there are lots of dental problems that we need to look forward to. Bad breathe, tooth ache, gum diseases, mouth sores are just a sample of it.
Bad breathe- It is also known as Halitosis and contain unpleasant smile. It caused by poor dental hygiene, infections, and dry mouth. You can prevent it by brushing your teeth at least twice a day, flossing and rinsing with mouth wash. Drink also plenty of water.
Tooth decay- It often referred as cavity or caries. It caused by a bacteria live in dental plaque produces acid. Brush your teeth every after meal and regularly used floss to prevent tooth decay.
Gum Diseases- It is also known as periodontal disease, an infection of the tissues and bones that surrounds and supports the teeth. Poor dental hygiene, smoking and poor diet causes periodontal disease. Regular dental check-up, avoid smoking, brush your teeth with fluoride at least 3 times a day and used floss to prevent it.
Tooth Erosion- It is caused by acids in your mouth, which can come from food, drink or sometimes from your stomach. Reduce the amount of acidic drinks and acidic foods. Ensure proper oral hygiene.
